Optafleet - Assigning Drivers with Vehicle Access

Steps

1. Open the dashboard URL: https://optafleet.cloud/en-GB/dashboard/home.

2. Click on “VEHICLES”.

3. Then click “Drivers”.

4. Navigate to Drivers → Vehicles.

5. In the list of drivers, search (for example using a surname like “Smith”) to locate the correct driver profile.

6. Click on the driver’s name to open the driver profile.

7. Click the “Edit” option within the driver profile.

8. In the profile, tick the vehicle(s) that you want the driver to have access to.

9. Click “Save”.

10. A status icon (blue “thinking” man) will appear next to the vehicle to indicate the change is pending; allow ~20 minutes for the system update to apply to the vehicle.

11. Alternatively, go via Vehicles → Drivers: select the target vehicle, click “Edit”, tick the driver(s) to assign, and then save.
